Estimate only! Great experience with Maven Roofing. From the start Amy was utmost friendly and thorough taking information , providing next steps, and keeping us apprised. TJ was communicative on exact arrival time within the window. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. When I reminded my husband to move away from the bedroom with the sleeping newborn to chat; TJ was shocked “why didn’t you tell me!!” Moving quickly away. He also kindly provided photos of the area through their portal. We didn’t need roof work (thankfully) but will keep Maven in mind for any future needs . Also prefer to support women led and veterans!!

Amazing job by Maven replacing our roof and gutters. Amanda and her team did a thorough inspection of our roof prior to closing and they were able to identify leaks and issues that warranted a full replacement. Amanda helped us pick shingle and gutter colors that gave our home a much needed facelift. Turnaround for scheduling the roof replacement was fast and the roof was completed in just one day. TJ kept in touch through the process and answered all our questions. Gutters quickly followed and the finished product looks great! Highly recommend Maven!

Excellent communication with Amanda from estimate through completion. Additionally, Amanda listened to me and tailored the estimate for my needs. The crew at my house was professional and Tom the onsite Manager was excellent and provided multiple updates throughout the day. Roof looks great.

We recently had our siding done by Maven and could not be happier. Amanda met with us and helped us find the right product to maintain the aesthetic of our neighborhood while providing the materials and colors we wanted. She was so kind, informative, punctual, and very responsive. Maven was also willing to collaborate with another company, who would be providing windows. TJ helped coordinate our project. He always stopped by, checked in on how everything was going, and always kept us in the loop of what was happening and when. Lori helped us with the administrative tasks and was pleasant to work with. The install crew was amazing- they worked hard and their work was impeccable. We highly recommend Maven!

Called Amanda in regards to replacing our roof. She messaged me back and made an appointment within 5 minutes to come and look at our roof. Amanda explained everything in detail what she saw wrong and what could possibly have to be replaced and done once the roof was removed. She also recommended the best shingles for us and a color she thought would go with our house. And it looks amazing. Tom and his roofing crew were here this past week. Tom kept us informed during each process and what they were finding when removing the shingles. He is a great Project Manager. His crew was very professional and the clean up was magnificent. My yards and driveway were spotless. And they even tried putting my Halloween decorations back in place 🎃. Nothing was damaged and my husband and I are extremely happy with the work of Maven Roofing and wouldn’t recommend anyone lose for the job. Thank you Amanda and Tom for a great experience and a beautiful job.

I can't imagine being more satisfied from start to finish with Maven's professionalism and attention to detail. Amy in the office was polite and thorough in getting my appointment scheduled. TJ was able to quickly diagnose where the leak in my roof was coming from and make the repairs. It was a huge relief to find this company to help with future projects.

Couldn't be happier! They were patient with my questions and decision changes, did an amazing job, left no trace that they were there when they left, didn't ask me for a thing, communicated constantly, made financing easy, and most importantly were honest - we didn't need any plywood replaced at all but they could've easily said we needed a sheet or two. There's still one more part of my project to do, but they've been the utmost professionals from the start and I'm confident this review won't change!

We were made to get a new roof for insurance purposes simply because of its age. Everyone at Maven made a less than ideal and expensive situation for a new homeowner as smooth, easy and positive experience as possible. There was someone incredibly professional at every step of the way. I’d happily work with them again in the future!

Our experience with Maven was truly flawless from start to finish. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and happy every step of the way. TJ was our point of contact, and he made himself available every single time I had a question, even when I'm confident I was being obnoxious😆 There was a leak in my closet, which made the job fairly urgent. TJ and the team made our roof a priority. With bad weather coming, threatening to make our leak even worse and preventing them from getting started sooner, they offered to bring over some guys right away, to tarp the roof where it was leaking. This is amazing customer service, and this was the vibe we felt throughout the entire process. The guys did a great job, and cleaned up extremely well. Our roof looks beautiful, and we're extremely grateful for the hard work and care that the team put into this for us. Thank you!!!

We had an incredible experience with Maven Roofing and Exteriors. Putting a new roof on was the largest (and most expensive) home project we've had to do and we wanted to get it right. We had a few companies to come out and give estimates but Amanda was the only one who noticed a larger mold issue that needed to be addressed. It explained a lot of other issues we'd be having in the home. She was also great with helping me narrow down the right color choices. The crew was done in a day and did a fantastic job from start to finish. TJ oversaw the project and did an incredible job communicating and sending photos throughout. In fact, he arranged a smaller crew to come out weeks later to reinstall out new cupola. We were impressed with his commitment to making sure our job was done properly.

Had a wonderful experience with Maven! It’s so refreshing to deal with a home services company that communicates clearly and quickly, shows up exactly on time (not a multi-hour window but an actual time and is there right when they say they will be) and does quality work. We had a fix needed to our roof and needed it to be a rush job and they were able to accommodate us, and TJ was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

TJ came out a few days after I gave Maven a call for a few small repairs around the exterior of the house l. With the impeding snow storm, he told me not to worry that he would adjust the schedule to make sure it was completed before the snow so the project wouldn’t get delayed. We met on Monday and the work was completed on Friday. When the work was completed, I received pictures of each of the areas that were addressed. The one soffit that needed repairs, they wound up fixing the whole corner which was not originally discussed, at not charge. Job well done!

What a simple, quick, and professional experience. I dealt with a gentleman named TJ. He was up front, honest, and extremely fair. He gave me all my options and based on his roofing experience, he made suggestions to things that would be beneficial to my house. What a pleasant experience and extremely reasonable pricing. I'm one lucky lady who wasn't really planning on getting a new roof and didn't get any other estimates except for using Maven Roofing because they did another house that I own and my neighbor's house. As luck would have it if I didn't put on a new roof I would probably be dealing with leaks because proof was in the pudding, meaning that they showed me pictures of proof that it did need a new roof. Everyone on the team Tom, TJ and Lori we're very pleasant to work with and I trusted them from the get-go. Clean up was like nothing was done here absolutely clear of any debris of any kind. I thank you all for your kindness and a job well done.😊 if it weren't pouring rain today I would add a picture but I don't have control over the weather so trust me the house, roof and flashing on the chimney is looking great. If Maven has a picture of the finished product maybe they'll add a picture of the house to this review.

Due to the nature of WHY we needed a new roof, I absolutely needed to make sure that we hired someone who was going to execute the job meticulously and to perfection. We couldn't be happier that we used Maven. Everything about working with Maven was stellar from start to finish. The communication was top notch from every single person on the team. I found so much comfort , faith and confidence in each and every one of them to get the job done right. They even agreed to work alongside another team (with a different scope of work) knowing how essential it was to our project. Throughout the day I was provided updates /pictures and when I came home at end of day it was complete! What a beautiful facelift to my home!🏠 Tom was great- you can tell they truly care about quality , customer satisfaction and their reputation. He ensured my yard was all cleaned up free of nails and debre - and even rehung my decor lights on my deck and placed back all my Halloween decor in all the correct spots! Maven puts on a master class in customer service from start to finish. The estimates Collin provided were sent immediately and were extremely thorough in letting me know what everything will and could cost pending other issues found. The work was started less than a week later and our onsite PM, Tom, was great and gave me updates throughout the day. The roof was completed that day and everything was cleaned up to my expectations. The work done is top notch and I'm looking forward to not worrying about my roof for a very very long time. It looks amazing! I would recommend Maven to anyone looking for a new roof or any other work they provide. It could not have been an easier process from start to finish. Amanda and her team are exceptional.
