Commercial Roof Installation in North Jersey

I contacted Maven Roofing after our 24 year old roof began to leak during a wind driven rain storm. Anthony from Maven responded to my house that afternoon and assessed the issue. He returned the next day with Mike and did a temporary repair on several spots on the roof.It was agreed upon the we needed to replace the old roof. An estimate was prepared in a timely manner and we signed a contract to get the work done. Before the work could be completed another wind driven rain storm produced another leak which was tarped by Mike from Maven that afternoon.On the scheduled day of the re-roof Mike and his team arrived a bit early and he went over the work. Once that was done I went to work. Upon my return home at the end of the day the team from Maven was cleaning up the yard.I appreciated the prompt response to my emergency call and the professionalism and customer service displayed by every member of the Maven Roofing team that I spoke with.

I would highly recommend Maven for all your roofing needs. We needed a repair on our roof and the owner Amanda came herself to do the inspection. We thought for sure that most companies would say to replace the whole roof. However, Amanda gave a fair solution and did not try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. We received photos and detailed explanations. Maven’s pricing is fair, they are super transparent and very thorough so you know exactly what’s being done. They even came to put a tarp on in the meantime while we were waiting for the repair. Their whole team is very professional and communication is top notch. I am sure we will be using them again in the future for all our roofing needs.

Can’t say enough about the Maven. We need to get our roof replaced and interviewed several different companies, but Maven checked all the boxes- very professional and transparent in outlining their work proposal; timely adherence to the work schedule they staked out; a well staffed crew led by an able bodied project manager Arrived bright, and early on the day of the job and worked straight through; The cleanup was amazing.
