New Roof Installation in North Jersey

We were made to get a new roof for insurance purposes simply because of its age. Everyone at Maven made a less than ideal and expensive situation for a new homeowner as smooth, easy and positive experience as possible. There was someone incredibly professional at every step of the way. I’d happily work with them again in the future!

Our experience with Maven was truly flawless from start to finish. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and happy every step of the way. TJ was our point of contact, and he made himself available every single time I had a question, even when I'm confident I was being obnoxious😆 There was a leak in my closet, which made the job fairly urgent. TJ and the team made our roof a priority. With bad weather coming, threatening to make our leak even worse and preventing them from getting started sooner, they offered to bring over some guys right away, to tarp the roof where it was leaking. This is amazing customer service, and this was the vibe we felt throughout the entire process. The guys did a great job, and cleaned up extremely well. Our roof looks beautiful, and we're extremely grateful for the hard work and care that the team put into this for us. Thank you!!!

We had an incredible experience with Maven Roofing and Exteriors. Putting a new roof on was the largest (and most expensive) home project we've had to do and we wanted to get it right. We had a few companies to come out and give estimates but Amanda was the only one who noticed a larger mold issue that needed to be addressed. It explained a lot of other issues we'd be having in the home. She was also great with helping me narrow down the right color choices. The crew was done in a day and did a fantastic job from start to finish. TJ oversaw the project and did an incredible job communicating and sending photos throughout. In fact, he arranged a smaller crew to come out weeks later to reinstall out new cupola. We were impressed with his commitment to making sure our job was done properly.

TJ came out a few days after I gave Maven a call for a few small repairs around the exterior of the house l. With the impeding snow storm, he told me not to worry that he would adjust the schedule to make sure it was completed before the snow so the project wouldn’t get delayed. We met on Monday and the work was completed on Friday. When the work was completed, I received pictures of each of the areas that were addressed. The one soffit that needed repairs, they wound up fixing the whole corner which was not originally discussed, at not charge. Job well done!

Had a wonderful experience with Maven! It’s so refreshing to deal with a home services company that communicates clearly and quickly, shows up exactly on time (not a multi-hour window but an actual time and is there right when they say they will be) and does quality work. We had a fix needed to our roof and needed it to be a rush job and they were able to accommodate us, and TJ was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

What a simple, quick, and professional experience. I dealt with a gentleman named TJ. He was up front, honest, and extremely fair. He gave me all my options and based on his roofing experience, he made suggestions to things that would be beneficial to my house. What a pleasant experience and extremely reasonable pricing.
