We were made to get a new roof for insurance purposes simply because of its age. Everyone at Maven made a less than ideal and expensive situation for a new homeowner as smooth, easy and positive experience as possible. There was someone incredibly professional at every step of the way. I’d happily work with them again in the future!

Our experience with Maven was truly flawless from start to finish. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and happy every step of the way. TJ was our point of contact, and he made himself available every single time I had a question, even when I'm confident I was being obnoxious😆 There was a leak in my closet, which made the job fairly urgent. TJ and the team made our roof a priority. With bad weather coming, threatening to make our leak even worse and preventing them from getting started sooner, they offered to bring over some guys right away, to tarp the roof where it was leaking. This is amazing customer service, and this was the vibe we felt throughout the entire process. The guys did a great job, and cleaned up extremely well. Our roof looks beautiful, and we're extremely grateful for the hard work and care that the team put into this for us. Thank you!!!

We had an incredible experience with Maven Roofing and Exteriors. Putting a new roof on was the largest (and most expensive) home project we've had to do and we wanted to get it right. We had a few companies to come out and give estimates but Amanda was the only one who noticed a larger mold issue that needed to be addressed. It explained a lot of other issues we'd be having in the home. She was also great with helping me narrow down the right color choices. The crew was done in a day and did a fantastic job from start to finish. TJ oversaw the project and did an incredible job communicating and sending photos throughout. In fact, he arranged a smaller crew to come out weeks later to reinstall out new cupola. We were impressed with his commitment to making sure our job was done properly.

TJ came out a few days after I gave Maven a call for a few small repairs around the exterior of the house l. With the impeding snow storm, he told me not to worry that he would adjust the schedule to make sure it was completed before the snow so the project wouldn’t get delayed. We met on Monday and the work was completed on Friday. When the work was completed, I received pictures of each of the areas that were addressed. The one soffit that needed repairs, they wound up fixing the whole corner which was not originally discussed, at not charge. Job well done!

What a simple, quick, and professional experience. I dealt with a gentleman named TJ. He was up front, honest, and extremely fair. He gave me all my options and based on his roofing experience, he made suggestions to things that would be beneficial to my house. What a pleasant experience and extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Maven! It’s so refreshing to deal with a home services company that communicates clearly and quickly, shows up exactly on time (not a multi-hour window but an actual time and is there right when they say they will be) and does quality work. We had a fix needed to our roof and needed it to be a rush job and they were able to accommodate us, and TJ was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Due to the nature of WHY we needed a new roof, I absolutely needed to make sure that we hired someone who was going to execute the job meticulously and to perfection. We couldn't be happier that we used Maven. Everything about working with Maven was stellar from start to finish. The communication was top notch from every single person on the team. I found so much comfort , faith and confidence in each and every one of them to get the job done right. They even agreed to work alongside another team (with a different scope of work) knowing how essential it was to our project. It should be noted that the other team had amazing things to say about Maven-,their quality of work, their expertise and their professionalism. I'm one lucky lady who wasn't really planning on getting a new roof and didn't get any other estimates except for using Maven Roofing because they did another house that I own and my neighbor's house. As luck would have it if I didn't put on a new roof I would probably be dealing with leaks because proof was in the pudding, meaning that they showed me pictures of proof that it did need a new roof. Everyone on the team Tom, TJ and Lori we're very pleasant to work with and I trusted them from the get-go. Clean up was like nothing was done here absolutely clear of any debris of any kind. I thank you all for your kindness and a job well done.😊 if it weren't pouring rain today I would add a picture but I don't have control over the weather so trust me the house, roof and flashing on the chimney is looking great. If Maven has a picture of the finished product maybe they'll add a picture of the house to this review.

Maven puts on a master class in customer service from start to finish. The estimates Collin provided were sent immediately and were extremely thorough in letting me know what everything will and could cost pending other issues found. The work was started less than a week later and our onsite PM, Tom, was great and gave me updates throughout the day. The roof was completed that day and everything was cleaned up to my expectations. The work done is top notch and I'm looking forward to not worrying about my roof for a very very long time. It looks amazing! I would recommend Maven to anyone looking for a new roof or any other work they provide. It could not have been an easier process from start to finish. Amanda and her team are exceptional.

Not only did Maven (specifically Amanda & TJ) worked magic on our house and totally transformed the look of it as well as making sure our new home is protected against the extreme weather conditions of NJ, the owner also made sure that it looks aesthetically pleasing. She suggested i go with copper gutters and rain downspouts, to which I did and could not be any happier! It matched the old vintage-y look that I was going for to match the age of our home. TJ, Maven’s project manager also left the work area spotless and went above and beyond in making sure there was no nails & debris left at sight because with 2 young kids, that’s one of my immediate concerns! Omg Maven Roofing is amazing!! I met Amanda when she came to speak at the roxbury womans club and she was amazing and very knowledgeable!! One of her head workers Chris came out to my house yesterday before the storm bc we were having a couple of window issues. water was coming into one window during wind driven rain on occasion and thought it could be a flashing issue. Chris was so amazing! The ladder he had wasn't tall enough to see what he needed to see so I said no problem just come back when you can. He came back 10 min later with a higher ladder, found the possible problem with a flashing and provided a solution!!! I wasn't expecting him back that same day...he didn't have to do that but said he didn't live far and wanted to try to see where the water was leaking into the windows especially with the storms coming to try to prevent it from happening...I was shocked and so happy!! He also helped fixed an issue with another window that was stuck and had really tough time opening...he tried wd40 which helped...not something they normally do but the fact that he did everything he could and came back was amazing!! Highly recommend Maven Roofing to anyone!!

Towards the end of the summer 2023 we embarked on renovating our home including a new roof and siding. TJ, Amanda and crew worked tirelessly to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. In addition, answered many questions along the way which helped us become knowledgeable about the process. We recently needed their help in checking an aspect of our roof/siding and they stood by their work and made sure our home was water tight and secure. We couldn’t be more happy with the overall result but also their professionalism. They were wonderful to work with and highly recommend!
